Zetronic saved by the Fulchir family – “New markets and high tech”

On December 27, 2024, the acquisition of Molex Zetronic by the Fulchir family, through iVision Tech and Innovatek, was completed, with 45% and 55% of the shares respectively. The operation ensures business continuity for the 120 employees and aims to diversify the product range. The new industrial plan aims to reach a turnover of 40-45 million euros over the next three years. Zetronic, active in the electronic components sector for the automotive industry, is expanding its focus to include products for electric mobility, automation, and advanced lighting. The company will strengthen collaborations with major clients such as Audi and Mercedes, developing tailored solutions for the high-tech market. The industrial plan, approved by trade unions and the Veneto Region, is oriented towards sustainable growth, enhancing internal skills, and strengthening relationships with major Tier 1 automotive sector players. Stefano Fulchir, the new president of Zetronic, emphasized the importance of this acquisition for the region and for the company’s relaunch into innovative and high-tech markets.
