During the meeting, coordinated by the Corporate Crisis Unit of Veneto Lavoro, trade unions, worker representatives, and interested companies announced the signing of a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of the plant by iVision Tech (45% of the shares) and Innovatek (55%). <\/p>\n<p>The decision was made to safeguard employment and skills, ensuring production continuity and industrial revitalization. The 120 workers will remain in the workforce, and the acquisition aims to expand the offering to adjacent sectors such as eyewear and electromechanics. <\/p>\n<p>Councillor Mantovan emphasized the crucial role of all parties involved in achieving this important result, hoping for the completion of the process by the end of the year.
