Zetronic, founded in 1921, has established itself as a key player in the automotive sector. Historically active also in the telecommunications industry, the company has developed solid expertise in the integration of mechanics and plastics. Zetronic represents an industrial excellence in its field, specializing in tailor-made products designed to meet customers’ specific requirements.
Together with Estrima, Valossa, DEC Elettronica and Innovatek, it forms Zetronic Group, controlled by the Fulchir family and iVision Tech. Together, they develop high-quality integrated SMART IoT solutions for automotive (ON-ROAD and OFF-HIGHWAY), industrial, automation, food, HVAC, medical and metering applications.
With over 400 employees, Zetronic Group is recognized as a reference in the industrial sector, adapting to customers’ needs while prioritizing quality, efficiency and optimization: from certified product and production-line design to automated mass production, from the development of electronic solutions to advanced assembly activities.
Zetronic entered the automotive manufacturing sector, with 75% of its revenue coming from FIAT, increasing its workforce to 1,200 employees.
Zetronic, in addition to the automotive sector, specialized in products for lighting and industry, maintaining long-term partnerships with clients such as Philips, Texas Instruments, and Siemens.

DEC Elettronica is founded, operating in the electronics sector.
Molex completes the acquisition of Zetronic and introduces connectors for telecommunications
Zetronic became the global leader in battery connector manufacturing, producing 40 million connectors in a year, covering 10% of the market
Zetronic specializes in custom components for automotive, industrial, home appliance, and medical applications
Estrima is established and acquires Brieda; the Biró project is launched, the smallest four-wheel electric vehicle designed for urban mobility
Sharbie is established, specializing in vertical products and solutions for the mobility sector, including control software development and dedicated services for corporate fleets
Innovatek is established in response to the need for qualified, labor-intensive services.
