Zetronic, founded in 1921, has established itself as a key player in the automotive sector. Historically active in the telecommunications industry as well, the company has developed solid expertise in the integration of mechanics and plastics. Zetronic is recognized as an industrial excellence in its field, specializing in custom-made products designed to meet the specific needs of its clients.
As of December 27, 2024, following its acquisition by Innovatek and iVision Tech, Zetronic enters a new phase of growth and innovation. Collaborating with Innovatek and DEC Elettronica, other companies in the group, it develops high-quality integrated solutions for automotive, industrial, automation, food, HVAC, medical, and metering applications.

With over 300 employees, Zetronic Group has established itself as a benchmark in the field of advanced mechatronics, combining expertise in mechanics, plastics, and electronics to tackle future technological challenges and deliver innovative, tailor-made solutions for the global market.

Zetronic was founded, positioning itself in the production of metal components and metal processing, with a workforce reaching approximately 400 employees.

Zetronic entered the automotive manufacturing sector, with 75% of its revenue coming from FIAT, increasing its workforce to 1,200 employees.

Zetronic, in addition to the automotive sector, specialized in products for lighting and industry, maintaining long-term partnerships with clients such as Philips, Texas Instruments, and Siemens.

Molex completes the acquisition of Zetronic and introduces connectors for telecommunications

Zetronic became the global leader in battery connector manufacturing, producing 40 million connectors in a year, covering 10% of the market.
